How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Footageeasier Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Footageeasier Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please note that Footageeasier Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund payment for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@footageeasier.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
